“After a quick love at first sight with Barcelona in the summer of 1986, when I crossed the city by car to reach the Ferry towards Ibiza, I decided to come back the next summer. One week was enough to deeply fall in love with this city. Its architecture, its human dimension, its priviledged location between the sea and the mountains, the youth in the streets, the preolimpic effervescense, Barcelona’s design.. I had no choice, I had to settle down here. In December 1987 I became a citizen of Barcelona. The soul of Barcelona is present in all my Artworks, even if it’s not visually present, it is implicitely. I cannot separate my creativity from the place that welcomed me and created a new “me”.

My first love as a young painter was Surrealism. I was discovering a wonderful world, thanks to painting, imagination could be represented, there’s no limits. But then how can she be part of...

In StockIn the middle of the Olympic Ring from Montjuic, the Plaza Europa stands out. Its water spaces and its columns of lights are a source of quietness. On one side, an athlete with the Olympic torch, represented by the sculpture and communication tower from the spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, acts as a huge solar clock, casting down its shadow on the...
